Each investment is preceded by over 400 man hours of extensive due diligence including a site visit by an Eight Capital principal. Each potential investment also involves reference checks, a technical evaluation of the company's equipment and assets, a legal and regulatory compliance check, and a forensic audit of the investment candidate's books.
