Executive Team

	Ravi Chachra – Chief Investment Officer & Managing Partner Ravi has over 25 years of work experience, and has spent the last 15 years managing global investment portfolios. He co-founded Eight Capital in 2005 and has spent the last six years as the portfolio manager of Eight Capital's India-focused Special Situations and Distressed Fund. Prior to Eight Capital Ravi managed global distressed portfolios for J. Goldman and the Chatterjee Group. Earlier in his career he ran trading books focused on emerging market debt and currencies for Deutsche Bank's Proprietary Trading Division and for JPMorgan Chase. Ravi has an MBA in finance from the Wharton Business School.
	Vikram Chachra – Chief Operations Officer & Managing Partner Vikram has over 15 years of investing and operating experience in India, the U.S. and Latin America. He co-founded Eight Capital in 2005 and is a Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer of the fund. He combines buy side experience with an entrepreneurial track record of building successful global organizations. He started his career as an emerging markets fixed income analyst and trader for Banco Santander's proprietary trading desk. Thereafter, he complemented his Wall Street experience with organization building and fund-raising skills to become a successful entrepreneur in the mobile sector. Vikram has an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
	Abhishek Thaker – Director Abhishek joined the Fund in 2007 and leads the analyst team in identifying suitable investment opportunities, facilitating the investment process and monitoring the fund's investments. He has over 10 years of experience in credit and risk assessment including his tenure at CRISIL (S&P India). Abhishek has a Commerce degree and an MBA in Finance.
	Heman Bhimani – Principal Heman joined the Fund in 2007 and has over 6 years of research and analysis experience. Prior to Eight Capital Heman worked at CRISIL (S&P India). He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA).
	Indranil Das – Senior Associate Indranil joined Eight Capital in 2008 and is responsible for portfolio analytics, math calculations and middle office functions for the fund. He previously worked at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited as a maintenance engineer. He studied engineering at I.I.T. Kharagpur and holds an MBA from I.I.M. Ahmedabad.
	Anita Katdare – Accounts & Administration Anita is responsible for accounts and administration for Eight Capital's India office.
	Rama Thorat – Operations Analyst Rama joined the fund in 2010 and is responsible for portfolio analytics and NAV calculations.
	Katie Funk – Investors Relations Katie joined Eight Capital in 2010 and is responsible for investor relations for the fund.
