These terms govern your use of eightcapital.com and the Seed Spotlight newsletter (together, the “Site”), operated by Eight Capital Management (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Site's text, design and the Eight Capital name and logo belong to Eight Capital Management. Portfolio company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify our investments.

The Site links to other websites, including portfolio companies and podcast platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eight Capital Management is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.
